Extreme Adventure Sports is a initiative taken by three people Mohan Lal Bishnoi, Hitesh Surana and Raman Agrawal.
Mohan Lal Bishnoi - Very hardworking person and expert in office administration and financial controlling.
Hitesh Surana - Having vast experience of retail business for over 12 years. Having brand stores for famous brands like Nikon, Canon, Sony, Montblanc ETC.

All of the partners doing well in their prospective business, but we felt a big opportunity in the field of outdoor business which is relatively not so explored field in India. With our unique qualities (one person specialized in retail, one in distribution and one in administration), we all decided to come under one roof and started the company Extreme Adventure Sports.
Achievement So Far
Our biggest achievement is to build the portfolio of some of the strongest brands in Outdoor in the world. Merida is world’s 2nd largest manufacturer of premium bikes. Deuter is world’s one of the leading brand of premium quality Outdoor Backpacks. Led Lenser is world’s leading brand of innovative portable lighting solutions. Leatherman is world’s leading outdoor multi tool brand. Lowa is world’s leading premium Outdoor Shoes brand.
Although, we had done mistakes in selecting the brands to represent in India, but now we are very confident in the portfolio we are having. Appointed over 125 Brick and Mortar (High Street Shops) retailers in last one year. Dealing with 10 online shopping portals. We are aiming to tie up with 10-15 more retailers every year.
Planning for 2016-17
In last 3 years, due to over expectation from the market, initial wrong brand selections and some wrong decisions, we did not able to achieve the desirable sales and profits. But in last year, because of our strong brand portfolio, we brought the business in profit. This year our target is to achieve at least 2.5 Million US$ Wholesale Value turnover.
